An Intimate space for women to dive deep into their primal essence and connection to their body. To come as you are and embrace playfulness and femininity. To understand your body in a new way through movement and dance. Every woman is welcome here, regardless of ability, age, etc. We All can move. We All are allowed to move. And most importantly as women, we deserve to show up and move how we want to.

Dance in many cultures has been a healing process to awaken and open the body. Our womens circles is an opportunity for us to come together, liberate yourself in your expression, without filters or apologies, returning back to your truest essence, deepening your connection and set your intentions for the month. 

What's the plan for the evening? 

Welcome to the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse Dance Awakening on the 5th of May - a night of immersive transformation and connection with the power of the Dark Feminine.

Join us as we celebrate the mystical energies of the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse, a time of spiritual alignment and deep inner reflection. Through our Dark Feminine theme, we will explore the depths of our being, connecting with the primal force that resides within us all.

We will begin the night with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, a traditional ritual to honor the sacred cacao plant and open our hearts to love and connection. Then, we will move into a Full Moon Ritual, tapping into the potent energies of the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse, to release what no longer serves us and setting our intentions for the future.

You will then be guided through dance and movement practices that will activate and awaken the  wild, sensual, playful, powerful and radiant woman within you. We move from a place of slowness to high energy to allow the body to fully feel and become awakened. You will release, shake, play, and which ever way your soul needs to move. Inspired by all genres of music including modern hip hop, rnb, afro, to old school, funk, shamanic and ecstatic. 

To conclude, you will be gently guided through a calming breathwork and meditation where you will have the opportunity to ground yourself and integrate the experiences of the night. Then immersed in sound healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy in our bodies to receive deeper wisdom and clarity and topping off with a nourishing practice to integrate and close the container. 

Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete novice, Scorpio Lunar Eclipse Dance Awakening is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, explore your inner world, and embrace your full potential.

This is a Full 2 hour transformative journey that focuses on how we see, love and nourish our bodies through movement and connection with others and our Self.
