What to bring :

Warm comfortable clothes,

Blanket, pillow or bolster, eye pillow or scarf (to block out the senses) to be as comfortable as possible as you will be lying down for some time.

Water bottle

Journal if you feel inspired to write after the journey any thoughts and feelings that arise in the moment.

Anything for the alter that you would like cleared and cleansed under the full moon. Crystals, special items, feathers, jewels anything you like to re charge
