Release ~ let go of the narrative of what we think we 'must' do!. May's sound bath we will set intentions to release old beliefs, that we no longer wish to follow and focus on forging a new path forward that enables us to move more easily in the world and our day to day lives.

Lisa will guide you through this releasing journey using a range of instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Drum, chimes, gong and more. This sound journey will help to bring clarity on what it is that we wish to release, followed with bringing in the new path.

Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.
