Event description
HELLO AND WELCOME
We are very excited to have you join us at the Bambuddha Group 2022 Program Launch and welcome you back to any returning members and program recipients. We will meet for some networking at 12noon before we take a moment to launch the 2022-2023 program with live music and loads of good vibes!Â
The launch will take place on Friday 29th July at 1 pm at Wesley Conference Centre in Sydney.
If you have already registered for the Game Changer Graduation or Coach Training through another link do not worry you do not need to register again, as your ticket will also grant access. This is a great opportunity to meet others that have undertaken, contributed, and supported the programs over the years as well introduce you to some of the Humans of Bambuddha and their impact.
6 2021-2022 program participants will be sharing their work and impact on the day.

This required managing and launching a portfolio of senior executive programs in Australia, Singapore, India & China. In the last year, Luli spearheaded the not-for-profit #TechDiveristy, a community that aims to make diversity and inclusion the number one business priority in Australia for technology workforces.
Grace Arach
My name is Grace Arach and I am a survivor of the civil war in Uganda. I had a lucky escape
after 5 years of brutal abuse and exploitation. Now I live in Australia and my passion is to
help those with a similar story, still living a painful and difficult life in Uganda. For that end, I
have founded Bedo Ki Gen (Living with Hope) to fulfill my desire to help others who have
suffered like me.

Yaser Naseri
Yaser escaped from Iran after the Green Revolution began around 2009, which was heavily suppressed by the government. He embarked on an unknown journey to Indonesia where he was imprisoned several times and made 5 attempts to take a boat to Australia. One sank in the middle of the Indian Ocean leaving only Yaser and 36 out of 250 other asylum seekers to survive.
But survive he did.
With the help of UNHCR, Yaser finally arrived in Australia in 2014. Having no educational background, he started from scratch studying English at TAFE, then received a scholarship to Sydney University, and is now finishing a Bachelor of Commerce degree there. Yaser has faced extraordinary and unprecedented challenges throughout his journey and now he shares his story in high schools, universities with other refugees to inspire them, and change their trajectory.
