Winter Solstice Yin Yoga & Sound Journey

Join us for a wholesome evening of yin yoga and sounds with Chris and Mirai. Chris will be guiding us through 3 hours of nourishing movement and Mirai will be softening the space by weaving ambient sounds mixed with live vocals and to guide you through the depths of your internal landscapes of the body.
