Awaken your Senses with Sound Healing!

Sound healing is a therapeutic, nurturing practice that uses vibration and sound frequencies to bring your body, mind, and energy back into balance.

During your session, you’ll be invited to lie or sit down comfortably (chairs available for those who need it) and relax with guided breathing and meditation. Then, you’ll be immersed in soothing waves of sound created by crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and voice. These frequencies can help regulate the nervous system ,support to calm the vagus nerve, lower cortisol levels, and guide you into a deeply restful state.

You may experience emotional release, physical shifts, or a profound sense of stillness and inner peace.

This is your time to let go, receive, and return to your natural rhythm.

Participants are welcome to stay for a cuppa with fellow participants and the instructor after the session.
