Refund policy

Gold Coast Potters Association (GCPA) reserves the right to cancel a workshop if: If insufficient attendee numbers are reached or due to circumstances relating to COVID, this is to ensure the workshop is viable for all involved. Cancellations will be advised no later than one week prior to the workshop and bookings will be refunded in full and attendees notified Due to the circumstances beyond our control if we cannot host a workshop, all bookings will be refunded in full and attendees notified. If attendees cancel more than 7 days prior to the workshop they will be refunded in full and a replacement attendee will be sought to fill the spot. If an attendee cancels less than 7 days before the workshop they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the workshop fee unless a replacement can be found by the GCPA Events and Workshop Co-ordinator, in this case a full refund will be issued for workshop. If an attendee cancels less than three days prior to the workshop, the workshop fee will not be refunded. In all cases issuing a refund will be at the discretion of the GCPA Events and Workshop Co-ordinator
