Grief First Aid was created from a simple truth: grief is already in every workplace, yet most people feel unsure how to respond. Future-ready workplaces know how to respond to loss.

The Grief First Aid course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond with empathy to adults experiencing grief and loss, ensuring those affected feel heard, respected, and supported.

By becoming a Grief First Aider, you play a vital role in breaking the silence around grief. You help create safe and supportive pathways for colleagues, friends, and community members, while fostering environments that normalise conversations about grief, reduce stigma, and provide meaningful support. This course is suitable for individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of grief and loss and develop practical skills to support others in the workplace and beyond. https://grieffirstaid.au/
