If you've already learnt Vedic Meditation and learnt to Round and would like to join me for a led Round, in a group setting, then I'd love to have you along.

We will complete a full round together as a group, where I will call the asanas, give a quick reminder on pranayama to start our breathwork and will then keep time for your meditation and lie down so you don't have to do any thinking. I am also able to provide guidance on any modifications required.

Take-home information sheets will also be available if you need, so you can round confidently at home.
