A silent guided Nature Therapy Walk/Artist afternoon to support you to unleash your inner artist to bring forth what has been hiding behind the noise and busyness of life.
To support you to slow down and re-connect with yourself and promote well-being.
Using natural ochres and charcoal (supplied).
No phones, no intrusions - simply reconnecting with your senses and natural surroundings.
Group gatherings after each invitation for sharing, deepening of experiences and supporting of each participant.
Ending with a tea ceremony including light snacks.
