    Weekly Guided Mindfulness Walks

    “Smile, breathe and go slowly” - Thich Nhat Hanh

    Step into the calm surroundings which meander by the river for a weekly mindfulness walk. 
    Listen as the bird songs, feel the earth beneath your feet and calm your mind as you become present with nature, walking slowly and mindfully on this silent walk.

    Stop and sit while I offer an invitation to deepen your connection. Each week being different and unique.

    1 - 1 1/2 hours of peace and tranquility as your body and mind become balanced once more.

    Commencing Thursday 1st February - Ending 22nd February.
    You can come to one session or all four sessions in this block. 
    The more you go on a mindfulness walk, the better and clearer you feel.
    Cost $15.00 (one session) or pay for all 4 sessions and save $50 ($10 saving).
