Hatha Yoga Term - Gentle Movement with Breath
Event description
Settle in with mindful breathing to centre and calm the body and mind, then move with your breath through a gentle warm-up. Movements then progress to include the whole body to stretch and release tension held in the connective tissue (meridians/nadis) muscles, organs and glands.
Sessions are carefully sequenced to include all chakras and 3 energy systems for wellbeing, concluding with savasana, and deep relaxation, to allow the benefits of the practice to settle deeply into your being.
This ticket includes Term 2, 1-hour session per week for 11 weeks.
Jo Bliss is a qualified and experienced yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness teacher. Her background includes teaching, community services and kinesiology.
She also holds a WWC, TAE Training and Assessment, Pol Chk, First Aid and is available for workplace wellbeing sessions by appointment.
