A gentle space for connection, support, and healing.

This group offers a gentle, supportive space for anyone grieving the loss of a baby. Held with care at Happymess Studio, the circle welcomes you just as you are.

Together we’ll explore gentle practices including counselling, art making, mindfulness, and peer connection—offering space to share, create, and heal in your own time.

Who it's for:
Women in the Bellingen and Coffs Harbour region who have experienced:

Miscarriage
Neonatal loss
Stillbirth
TFMR
Infant loss (up to 1 years old)

What to expect:

A supportive and compassionate environment facilitated by two qualified art therapists and counsellors (ANZACATA and PACFA registered) with experience in grief and trauma-informed practice. The group offers space to share, connect, and be with others who understand the unique journey of pregnancy and infant loss.
