We begin with the grounding stillness of yin yoga, guided with care by teacher Stephanie Morgan. Throughout, you’ll be taken into a rich, immersive sound bath - woven with live instrumental and vocal elements, curated by the incredible Andy Short.

Together, these practices create a space where you can slow down, drop in, and reconnect with yourself on a much more intimate level.

I have been involved in music from a very young age. A classically trained singer with a background in music theatre, I have played leading roles in productions such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Aspects of Love through to My Fair Lady. After a life transforming experience with a Tibetan singing bowl in 2020, I have qualified as a sound practitioner through the International Sound Healing Academy. Sound baths are the antidote to stress and when combined with yoga, the mind, body and soul can truly manifest healing.
