You will leave open-hearted, alive and deeply connected, carrying that depth back out into the world through a deeper presence in your body and a deeper connection with the people around you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

9:15 AM — Doors open. Arrive, settle, and land in the space.

9:30 AM — Doors locked. Welcome to the space, settling & intro.

9.45 AM — The dance begins — 75 minutes moving through a carefully curated soundscape & the 6 rhythms.

11:00 AM — Dance finishes & we close with an opportunity to connect & share your experience.

11:00- 11.45 AM — Stay and connect after the dance with a hot cuppa and some good old
yarns. Tea will be provided.

What is Somatic Dance?

Somatic Dance is a style of conscious dance. A free-form, intuitive movement practice — a space to move from the inside out, without choreography, performance, or judgement.

It's a sober space, free from drugs and alcohol, where you're invited to express yourself fully through movement — to listen to your body, follow sensation, and let your dance be entirely your own.

There are no steps to learn and no right way to move. Only an invitation to feel, and to let what's true in you find its way out through the body. Every cue is optional, and all of you is welcome.

We dance to feel, not to perform.

House agreements for the space will be shared during the introduction.

Sammi Lee
Sammi is a somatic dance facilitator, breathwork & sound bath facilitator, and women's embodiment and relationship coach from East Gippsland, Victoria. She blends somatic healing, embodiment & nervous system work to guide people beneath the surface, exploring the body/mind connection. She loves to create conscious, intentional spaces where breath, movement & sound become medicine for healing, empowerment & expression.
