For the very first time, the International Men's Day Forum comes to Parramatta on Friday 27 November 2026, bringing together men, young men and boys from across Western Sydney for a day of connection, conversation and community.

Held under the theme:

"Stronger Together: Backing Our Men, Young Men & Boys."

This full-day forum will provide a safe and welcoming space to explore the challenges facing men today, celebrate positive male role models and highlight practical ways we can better support the health and wellbeing of men, young men and boys.

Attendees can expect inspiring lived experiences, meaningful discussions, opportunities to connect with others, access to local support services and practical ideas that strengthen individuals, families and communities.
