Welcome To ~ Intimacy for Every Phase of Your Cycle

This workshop has been created to provide you with an in depth cycle education tailored specifically to understand how the female hormonal cycle can influence desire, libido and intimacy needs.

This workshop is relevant for people who are both on hormonal contraception or NOT on hormonal contraception. You still have a hormonal cycle influencing your mind, body and mood regardless.

We also encourage men who date women to come along to learn more about how to initiate and communicate about intimacy during different phases of the cycle.

Our workshop has been created to empower you to navigate intimacy with confidence, self knowledge and creativity.

Join us for a half - day workshop where you will be guided through an engaging range of learning activities from 1:1 conversations, group activities to practical skill building and real life examples for you to take home.

You can expect to leave this workshop feeling confident, empowered and ready to create the intimacy that you truly desire.

This workshop is a special edition, being priced at $50 for the full 5 hour workshop. We hoped to create a space that is affordable and accessible for everyone.

We would love for you to come along whether it is alone, with a friend or even with your partner/lover. This will be a warm and welcoming space, adopting trauma informed principles to ensure that everyone feels comfortable to make the most of their learning experience.

Lovingly created by a sexologist, registered nurse and menstrual cycle coach - this workshop will teach you everything you need to know and more!
