We constantly think about food because we’ve been told over and over again that confidence, well-being, attractiveness and success come from eating the ‘right’ way. But eating the ‘right’ way means following rules instead of trusting our bodies.

A 4-week intensive group coaching experience this May that transforms the Principles of Intuitive Eating from concepts into your lived reality

By the end you will:

  • Put a proven step-by-step process into action that breaks the chains of constant food thoughts so you can redirect that energy toward what truly matters
  • Experience what trusting your body's signals feel like so you can work with your body instead of waging war against it
  • Identify the exact sources of your food thought spirals, allowing you to interrupt them at their root
  • Understand how your emotions interact with food preoccupation so you can honor your feelings without turning to food
  • Have a comprehensive workbook to keep you anchored in these principles long after the program ends
