Your host, Suzy Beaumont, from Change Your World Events Ltd is delighted to welcome Kate & Lainey, the incredible founders of Ishka and their transformation Breathwork experience the Change Your World Wellness Centre.

You are invited to explore your breath as a powerful tool for emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Join us for two nourishing hours of transformational breathwork, sound, Reiki, and relaxation. Whether you’re completely new or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Transformational breathwork is a simple, safe, and powerful technique that can support your self-healing journey. It’s easy to learn, and you don’t need any previous experience. This practice has been around for thousands of years and offers a wide range of benefits for both your mind and body.

Our Breathwork Circles are a full two-hour immersive experience, carefully designed to guide you through a powerful journey. Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking a deeper practice, these sessions are open to everyone. We also weave breathwork into many of our other offerings, as it’s such a beneficial tool that's incredibly accessible and quickly effective for relaxing and calming your nervous system.

No previous experience is necessary
Everything is guided and explained every step of the way

Reported benefits include: greater mental calm and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, expanded awareness, insight into your life, release of old emotions and physical tension, and better sleep.

Breathwork is generally very safe for most people. A few health conditions require extra care, including PTSD, certain heart conditions and pregnancy.
