MENU 

  • Miso eggplant using oven rather than deep-frying - easier and healthier and still taste amazing with sugar-free dengaku miso
  • We make two types of dengku miso using red miso and white miso
  • Agedashi tofu ( deep-fried tofu) with a safe and easy way which even most Japanese don't know! 
  • Japanese raddish and edamame salad that is perfect companion with deep-fried food 
  • Inari sushi - pocket sushi, which are normally loaded with refined sugar and extremely high in calories. We make much healthier way and taste amazing! 
  • We also make a second type of inari, adding quinoa to the sushi rice to be extra healthy!
