Jeans Tiered Skirt Workshop

Over two sessions, this workshop covers a simple technique for transforming a pair of jeans and other clothing/fabrics into a skirt. We will begin with the top of a pair of jeans that fits you, then add layers of fabric (often sourced from other clothing items) to create a short or longer soft skirt. 

Suitable for those with basic sewing machine skills, and we will also be using overlockers in this workshop.
We provide all materials, but you are also welcome to bring your own jeans and/or other clothes and fabrics.

• 2 x 2 hour workshop (Wednesday 30th October and Wednesday 6th November).
• Cost: $78
• This workshop is limited to 6 participants.
• Best suited for those with some basic machine sewing experience.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our classes and workshops are created using circular economy principles. This means we love using many recycled and reclaimed fabrics, and haberdashery items for our sewing projects. We are deeply passionate about diverting textile waste from landfill and we do this through upcycling.
