Kai and Kindness Cooking Class - Wednesday 9th October

The Kai and Kindness cooking class will be a fun hands-on session for teens (and their parents if they want to join) that will cover some of our favorite meals that are simple to create yet delicious and extremely useful to have in your repertoire of meals if you already know how to cook lots of delicious food or don't know how to cook at all.
Meals will be based on recipes from Jane and her brother Paul Rangiwahia's book Kai and Kindness

We will prepare, cook, and bake as a group and then sit down to eat and reflect together at the end.
Spaces are limited so please make sure you register and let us know if you can't make it so that we can make sure we have the minimum numbers needed to run the class.
