Come join our workshop led by Amanda, a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist with nearly a decade of experience helping women stay active and healthy.

Here's what you'll learn:

  • How pregnancy changes your body and the way you move.
  • The do's and don'ts of exercise through pregnancy.
  • Tips to help you manage your workouts safely.
  • Advice on caring for your core and pelvic floor (this will help in all parts of life, whether you're exercising or not!).
