Khu Khu Vegan Thai Cooking Class – Cooking for Flavour, Health, and Planet

Tom Yum Soup: Experience a burst of flavours with this hot and sour soup, featuring lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal, combined with fresh vegetables and oyster mushroom.
Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum): This refreshing salad brings together crunchy green papaya, cherry tomatoes, and an authentic dressing, making it a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and sour.
Fresh Spring Rolls: Learn to roll these delightful bite filled with crisp vegetables and fresh herb, served with a crunchy peanut dipping sauce.
Basil Stir Fry: Master the art of stir-frying with this savoury dish featuring tofu, fresh basil leaves, and a seasonal of vegetables, all cooked in a flavorful plant-based sauce.
