Embark on a culinary adventure with our hands-on vegan Thai cooking class, perfect for those who love vibrant, bold flavours and care about their health and the environment. In collaboration with Ben Eitelberg, founder of Athletes for Nature, this class will teach you how to prepare four iconic Thai dishes, all plant-based:
- Tom Yum Soup: Experience a burst of flavours with this hot and sour soup, featuring lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal, combined with fresh vegetables and oyster mushroom.
- Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum): This refreshing salad brings together crunchy green papaya, cherry tomatoes, and an authentic dressing, making it a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and sour.
- Fresh Spring Rolls: Learn to roll these delightful bite filled with crisp vegetables and fresh herb, served with a crunchy peanut dipping sauce.
- Basil Stir Fry: Master the art of stir-frying with this savoury dish featuring tofu, fresh basil leaves, and a seasonal of vegetables, all cooked in a flavorful plant-based sauce.
