Mastering Bread and Brioches- Holiday Program- 6/10 years old - Day 2
Welcome to Ma Petite Patisserie, Fine Plant-Based Cooking School in Manuka.
For the April Holidays, Ma Petite Patisserie is partnering with Liesl Brenzel, Art Teacher, to offer your young chef a day full of creativity, skills and learning.
Program for children aged 6 to 10 years old. This is Day 2 of a 2 day program for this age range. Day 1 is on Monday 15/04/2024
Morning program (8.30-12pm): Developing their baking skills
In the morning, your little chef will unveil all the secrets to make delicious bread learning the function of each ingredient. We will also make small brioches and learn about French culture.
Lunch break (12pm-1pm)
We will get some fresh air walking to a nearby playground and get our lunch together.
Please note that lunch is not provided.
Afternoon program (1pm- 4.30pm): Unveiling the artist in them
Your little one will be creating a 2D artwork using acrylic paint, collage and colouring in. The artwork will relate to the delicious desserts they create in the morning and will incorporate a range of different techniques.
3pm: Afternoon tea provided (fruit and baked good)
The final result will be taken home by the artist at the end of the afternoon as well as the delicious baked goods from the morning session.
