Nadia Maxwell is a 'non-diet' dietitian and intuitive eating counsellor with a wealth of experience in supporting people to optimise their nutrition to help manage various conditions, including endometriosis and pelvic pain.

As the founder of Oh Well Co, Nadia combines her expertise in nutrition, clinical hypnotherapy, and intuitive eating to provide compassionate support for people to feel connected with their bodies and empowered to care for themselves without restriction.

Her approach focuses on working with the whole body, including the nervous system, and offering evidence-based strategies and practical advice to enhance wellbeing and address people's symptoms.
