Kirsty Knight is a beloved local Mumma you will connect with easily. She has nurtured her community through Yoga and various ways for many years. Her passion for Prenatal Yoga helped her through her pregnancies. She’s ready to share her knowledge & experience with our New Mums.

6 Weekly sessions from Sunday 23rd August to Sunday 4th October 2026. With NO Class on 13th September.

Each session starts at 2pm and finishes at 3:30pm
