WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
You lie down on a mat,close your eyes, and the music starts.
The facilitator proceeds with the energy transmission.
Inside you, a wide range of phenomena can occur... from spontaneous movements to emotional catharsis, including visions of lights and images or feelings of joy and bliss.
Some see it as a purifying experience or something that brings them deep reflections or realizations. Release can occur on a physical, mental, energetic, and emotional level.
It goes well beyond what words can describe. You have to experience it to understand it.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION
Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
Try to avoid zippers or buttons.
If you eat before the session, make sure it's light.
An empty stomach is best, but fruits and vegetables are acceptable. Best to not eat 2 hours prior
If you're not vegetarian, try to refrain from eating meat a few days before hand
Do not consume coffee on the same day, or alcohol and/or drugs 48 hours before and after the session.
To help you relax deeper, you can cover your eyes (mask or scarf). A mask will be provided for you
During the session, it's important to keep your eyes closed.
Please bring a yoga mat and water
