Rowan is a specialist in people development and created Human Factor, a boutique consultancy who help organisations create a positive and effective workplace culture.

Coming from a background in operations management, Rowan has developed methodologies and strategies in people and cultural development which fostered a philosophy in ‘making the workplace more human'.
