Leadership Toolkit Session: Provisional Plan Promise

Join us for our monthly Leadership Toolkit Session, presented by Appello Partners.

During this lunch-and-learn style webinar, you will learn a practical leadership tool you can immediately apply to your work and your life. The goal is to equip each of us with a power tool or two that helps us do the heavy lifting in leading ourselves well and in leading others well too.

April's Toolkit Session will feature Provisional Plan Promise - a tool that creates a simple yet powerful shared communication structure to help us get on the same page faster with others on our team or in our life when communicating ideas, plans, or commitments. By becoming more proficient at mutually understanding and aligning our expectations, we can work more effectively as a team and eliminate much confusion and frustration along the way.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this toolkit session.
