Denver Leadership Series: Maximizing Team Performance 2.0

Join us for the April edition of our 2025 Denver Leadership Series, presented by Appello Partners. This in-person workshop will be focused on Maximizing Team Performance, which always starts with self.

Building off of our first session focusing on our leadership health, our focus for this event will be on the first element of team performance: communication. Utilizing the 5 Voices Assessment, you will learn how greater self-awareness paired with greater others-awareness can help us be more effective and aligned in how we give and receive communication with others on our team.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this workshop.
