Lenten Sound Bath

Wednesday, April 9th

Doors open at 7:15 PM, Sound Bath Begins at 7:30 PM

Swarthmore Presbyterian Church

727 Harvard Ave, Swarthmore, PA 19081

Join us for a Sound Bath, a deeply immersive experience to quiet the mind, open the heart, and embark on a journey of deep reflection, balance, and inner peace. Guided by Audrey Uchimoto, a certified Sound Practitioner, this experience weaves the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments to create a unique blend of harmonic and binaural tones. These therapeutic frequencies align energy and brain waves, creating a meditative space where spiritual insight unfolds, and connection with the Holy and our souls deepen.

Please bring a pillow, yoga mat, and blanket for comfort. Seating is also available for those who prefer to remain upright or need special accommodations. Afterward, you’re welcome to pray, meditate, enjoy tea, or reflect in The Study with others.

While resonant with themes of Christian discipleship, including Lent, this experience is open to all spiritual paths. You are encouraged to invite friends, neighbors, colleagues; anyone who you think would appreciate this experience.

We look forward to welcoming you to this transformative experience.
