This online session is a dive into the power of naming and claiming your desire by asking 'what do I want'?

Do you sometimes struggle to know what you want?

Do you find it difficult to ask for it?

If the answer is yes, you are not alone.

Simply asking can reveal roadblocks to receiving and kick start a learning process. It can take courage to approach this question, vulnerability to ask and discipline to keep asking. Making this enquiry a deliberate practice has the power to create an intentional way of life.

Attending to ones own inner world to track sensations, feelings, impulses begins a dialogue with the body that becomes a default when practiced repeatedly, a practice of self love.

I offer a learning space where you can be seen and heard, your desires welcomed and asking normalised.

Practising together creates a supportive atmosphere where each persons participation becomes a lesson for all.

This session will include facilitated group discussion, personal somatic practice and exercises in small groups or pairs.

My wish is to provide a robust learning container that evokes a feeling of safety and to facilitate experiential learning for everyday life. I am a facilitator in training with the School of Consent and this session will form part of my certification process. A feedback form will be provided.
