Level 1 Reiki - Heal the Self

'Journey Into The Self' - level 1 Reiki Course is offered over 2 days by Reiki master, Jayde Wilson for the curious human who has been led to ask;

'What can Reiki bring to my life? (we would say, what can't it?)

First day - Sunday Oct 8th 10:00-3:30pm

Second day - Sunday Oct 15th 10:00 - 3:30pm

Level 1 course 

- Initiates you into the reiki lineage through an attunement process

- Learn the foundational principles and practices of Reiki

- Discover and experience how Reiki energy really works

- Learn to transform limiting beliefs into confidence and self empowerment

- Find a personal tool for self regulation and healing

- Release stress, worry and self sabotage

- Learn techniques to connect to the divine and your higher knowing daily

Through a sacred process of attunements, Reiki Symbols will be placed into your auric field that will stimulate the activation of your healing potential; opening your heart.

I can personally attain that all of this and so much more has come our of my Reiki journey, that's why we have so much passion and drive to share the magic of Reiki energy with you and as many people as we can. 

Not only can it open up all of this but it's also soooo very easy to integrate into your daily life. 


It's important to note that at Level 1, we will not be initiating teachers of reiki. 

At this level, the Reiki energy want's to work with YOU first. This level is about what YOU need in order to bring more harmony and balance to your life on all levels. It all starts with you.

As additional prana or life force enters your natural being, the energy opens your heart and other chakras to allow you to receive and give an abundance of love. This additional prana kickstarts your natural healing system to bring about deepened healing on your physical, emotional mental and spiritual planes. 

This is a big journey of transformation that isn't to be taken lightly. 

allow yourself the time and grace to feel into this opening without the self expectation to have to move straight into the next level of healing others.

We all need healing of the self.

Coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided 

Please bring along lunch as there we will be out in Palmwoods. There is not a lot nearby accessible in the lunch break time frame.
