We are two women born of African soil — carrying its strength, its spirit, and its stories. Together, we’ve woven a unique journey that blends powerful breathwork, channelled alchemy prayers, and the transformative elements of sauna and ice bath therapy.

This is not just a workshop.

You’ll be guided through:
