Map Makers - My creative island, Ages 6+, $75

Welcome to Mapmakers: My Creative Island, an adventure designed to spark your child's creative problem-solving brain!

In this dynamic session, kids will design, paint, and draw a completely unique island map. Will it be a magical paradise, a hidden treasure island, a quirky spin on Rottnest, or their ideal gaming world? They’ll choose their own path, crafting custom stamps to populate their land and sea with trees, castles, dragons, or boats, before naming the island after themselves!

With no rigid, step-by-step instructions, children are empowered to trust their instincts and lean into their own ideas. They’ll head home with a gorgeous, imaginative map that is as wonderfully unique as they are!

Note: if your child is 5 and a half and is able to work independently with minimal supervision they are welcome to attend.

Group Discount:  When you round up the crew and book 3 or more tickets to this workshop, you’ll automatically receive $10 off each ticket. No codes necessary, the discount will be applied automatically when you select 3 or more tickets.

If you sign your child up for both a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day, we'll supervise them during the lunch break. Providing a full day of creative fun between classes at no extra charge. Simply book both a morning and afternoon session, pack their lunch, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door
