Women’s Health & Wellness Networking & Wellbeing Workshop: Breathwork and Journalling

As a dedicated professional in women’s health and wellness, you spend your time caring for others, but now, it’s time to focus on you.

We warmly invite you to our Women’s Health & Wellness Networking & Wellbeing Workshop, a special gathering designed to nurture both your professional connections and personal well-being.

This event is limited to 10 people.

Date: Saturday, 17th of May

Time: 10:00 AM-12 PM

Venue: Little Sanctuary Pilates, Robina -Unit 14/195 Ron Penhaligon Way, Robina

What to Bring: blanket, water bottle, journal + pen, and wear comfortable clothing.

Special Wellness Experience: Join Caroline and Louie the Therapy Dog for a breathwork experience focused on stress relief and deep relaxation. Be guided through exploring your breath, focusing on a long, slow, and deep (LSD) breathwork technique combined with breath retentions.

Food and drinks: Available at a nearby café (B.Y.O).

This event is more than just a wellbeing workshop, it’s a chance to:
