- Book a Creative 

Book a Creative session for personalised guidance in designing and creating with a specific creative technology or equipment. Connect with a specialist who will help bring your creative vision to life. Receive resources and support for independent learning. This session is suitable for all ages. 13 years and under require an adult supervisor to attend the session with them.

Please provide details about your goals to maximise your session by matching you with the most suitable staff member for assistance.

For designing or fabrication services, we recommend consulting a professional designer, as we do not provide this service.

Bookings 
    • Mondays & Wednesdays
    • A minimum of five working days is required before the session date
    How many sessions can I have?

    Due to the resource-intensive nature of these sessions, we can only accept bookings of up to two hours per customer total (x2 one-hour sessions), to ensure fairness to all. If you require additional time, we may be able to arrange it for a fee. Alternatively, we offer drop-in Creative Times across our network that may better suit your needs.

    Is there a cost?

    Booking, and staff assistance incur no cost. However, if you use and take away any chargeable materials and services provided, you will be charged based on the cost of replacement.

    - Book a Laser Cutter Induction

    (a mandatory one-hour session to qualify you to then Book the Laser Cutter for independent use)

    The "Laser Cutter Induction" is a mandatory one-hour session led by a Learning Specialist, covering the operation of the laser cutter and its software, you will learn how to independently operate the laser cutter safely and effectively.  Completion of this session qualifies you to request "Book the Laser Cutter" sessions. 18+ years only.

      - Book the Laser Cutter

      A one-hour exclusive laser cutter slot. While staff are available for troubleshooting, you'll operate the equipment independently. Completion of a 'Laser Cutter Induction' session is required prior to booking this service. 18+ years only.

        • A minimum of five working days is required before the session date
        How many sessions can I have?

        There are no restrictions on the number of sessions, but due to limited availability, we kindly ask that you do not request more than 3 one-hour sessions per week. To ensure fair access for all, please refrain from monopolising the available times. Additionally, please note that you can only make 1 one-hour booking at a time.

        Is there a cost?

        Yes, there are fees and charges for certain chargeable materials and services provided.

        BYO Materials

        Bring your own materials are welcome for cutting, but they must adhere to our health and safety standards. A learning specialist will inspect your materials before proceeding. For a current list of approved materials, please contact us.
