Join us for 75 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation, guided by Lanie. Experience 50 minutes of soothing Yin Yoga, with floor-based stretches designed to release tension and improve flexibility, followed by 25 minutes of Yoga Nidra – a transformative meditation designed to deeply relax the mind and body. Perfect for all levels, this session will leave you feeling calm, restored, and rejuvenated.
