We have designed a full day retreat of Embodied experiences to support you to awaken to your truest authenticity. We offer you these experiences to invite new opportunities for your own awakening, healing and change. To feel a new nervous system response, a downshift from from the fight or flight response that we can tend to get stuck in, to the more parasympathetic rest and digest, to a more receptive way of being ~ EMBODIMENT bridges sensation into movement, insight into expression, feelings into voice. It's a wholistic approach, a somatic~body based experience.. where you are free to loose your mind and enter the incredible wisdom of the body with all her felt sensations..

ELEMENTAL EMBODIMENT MEDICINE DANCE with Marnie Devi Hudson

With breath, body and incredible beats, Marnie will guide you through a DANCE journey using the wisdom and power of the 5 elements dance. You will learn how to use the elements to connect with your body, heart and spirit, to awaken, transform, heal, connect on or off the dance floor.

Embodied Dance is like giving gesture to what is inward - allowing the body to feel and express what is occurring inside - and discovering what that is, through the movement.

In this way Dance is healing because just as riverbeds are shaped by the water that moves through them, we humans are shaped by the feelings and experiences that move through us.

As we begin to explore allowing feeling to move through us - we demystify feeling and restore it to the body’s natural ability to have sensation and to use this ability to fully experience life.

Our bodies are designed to feel and if we have lost touch with this embodied dancing is a profound way to restore this capacity.

It is a journey of arriving in the body and entering the stream of movement..

Elemental Embodiment is a way of Being connected and receiving all the medicine and wisdom of the elements and to deeply feel the body as a temple space for that life force energy to flow through. When we allow, feel, explore and embody it all in the fullness of dance movement we come into our true aliveness! we are also preparing ourselves to flow into our next incredible offering....

EMBODIED SPEAKING with Freer Bonne

The art of speaking through embodied presence. Embodied speaking supports women to access spaciousness in their bodies. To learn the art of listening to what wants to be said and to start to practise softening the barriers that keep us held back from connecting to what truly wants to be expressed. Embodied presence is a deep connection to the wisdom of our body and the ownership of our inner power. Embodied speaking supports women to feeling connected to their bodies, which is the birthing place of our voice.

You'll get to explore your voice, movement, art, meditation and therapeutic group practises weaved in together, so when you practise speaking up you are able to included and welcome more of your authentic expression.

Freer invites us to give all parts of ourself space to express, to create and transform, to allow our natural authentic state, our playful expression and our powerful brilliance to shine through.
