Event description

Welcome to Meditation, Mindfulness & Chai sessions with Heart of the Horse. This is a group session exploring mindfulness and meditation accompanied by a lovely home-made hot chai. We will sit together, ground our energy, tune into our bodies and immerse ourselves in horse wisdom, to help us navigate our modern lives. Who on earth could not do with some of this on planet earth right now!!

You will love these sessions if you are curious how healing with horses works. Perhaps you have been looking for new tools or resources to support yourself in your day to day life. Maybe just the idea of being out in nature in the presence of these magnificent sentient beings is attractive to you. Many people come to experience this before booking in for individual sessions, just to get a sense if delving deeper into this work could resonate with them.

What a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon - bring a friend or come alone and meet some like-minded people. If you think anyone in your network may be interested I would love you to share this event. If the weather is cold, rug up. If it is raining hard we will postpone. $60 per person 1pm-3.30pm, tickets are transferable but non refundable. Numbers are limited. Minimum age 16yrs.

Located, Drummond North 1.5 hours north of Melbourne. For those coming from Melbourne, why not make a day of it and enjoy lunch afterwards in one of the eclectic towns of the beautiful Macedon Ranges or Hepburn Shire. Drummond North is 3 mins from Malmsbury, 10 minutes to Kyneton, 20 minutes to Woodend or 25 minutes to Daylesford. Zig Zag winery is our neighbour with their cellar door open on the weekend.

I look forward to sharing some horse medicine with you.
