This session brings together the Demand-Control Schema and the science of stress to help you better understand what’s happening in the moment—and what you can do to manage it.
Through practical, evidence-based tools and reflective discussion, you'll explore ways to reduce burnout, increase resilience, and maintain clarity and professionalism under pressure.

Monique Champagne (she/her) is a certified sign language interpreter and licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. As the founder of Healing Haven Outreach Services, she supports interpreters through training, coaching, and education. Monique’s work blends deep cultural insight, evidence-based practices, and a strong grounding in social justice and mental health.
