Event description

Join us for an insightful information session on end-of-life planning, featuring experienced speakers from the ACT Health Respecting Patient Choices team and Palliative Care ACT. This session will cover essential topics on making informed health choices in later life, including discussions on voluntary assisted dying. Our speakers will provide valuable information and answer your questions, and to guide you on making empowered decisions about your future care. Don't miss this opportunity to gain clarity and confidence in planning for the later stages of life - something we can all need a bit of guidance on as we age.

A light afternoon tea will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to socialise and ask questions to our range of speakers at the end of the session.
