Join Georgia for a family friendly workout, This session is suitable for all fitness levels and will treat your mind, body and soul.

Beginning with a gentle warm up of fitness games to help participants connect with one another through laughter, the session will flow into an invigorating full body workout and conclude with a grounding cool down.

Macedon Ranges Suicide Prevention Action Group will kick off the event with discussions about mental health and our suicide prevention efforts within the community.

We’ll provide information and resources on healthy eating and ways to connect with local support services for yourself, your family, or friends. We’ll also have some healthy snacks available for participants.

This event is part of a 12-month campaign, rotating locations across the Macedon Ranges Shire to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
