Workshop Focus: Mindset Edge explores how mindset patterns show up under pressure, and how they influence confidence, communication, and decision making in business.

Content

Mindset Edge is a structured, facilitated, face to face workshop designed for business owners, managers, and leaders who carry responsibility and make decisions that affect others.

Session One: Seeing Clearly We slow things down and take a practical look at what is working well, where pressure may be shaping decisions, and where small adjustments could make a meaningful difference. Participants begin to recognise the internal patterns that influence how they respond when things feel busy, uncertain, or heavy.

Reflection exercises are individual and confidential unless participants choose to share. The focus is on clarity, not exposure.

Session Two: Responding Differently Building on this awareness, we explore practical mindset tools that support steadier thinking and more confident leadership. Participants work with real scenarios they are navigating and identify realistic shifts that strengthen communication, boundaries, and decision making under pressure.

• preventing burnout before it quietly takes hold

Outcomes

Participants leave with greater self-awareness, clearer decision making, and practical mindset tools they can apply immediately in their business and leadership roles.

They gain their mindset edge, the ability to recognise pressure as it builds, respond deliberately rather than reactively, and lead with greater steadiness and self-trust. This reduces the mental load that often builds unnoticed over time.

Participants receive a practical take home guide and the opportunity to access optional one on one mentoring during Jodi’s June visit.

About the Presenter

Jodi Reilly brings over four decades of lived experience across leadership, business ownership, and corporate environments, alongside her current work as an executive mindset coach specialising in corporate wellness.

Jodi delivers facilitated, mindset-led workshops supporting business owners, leaders, and teams to navigate pressure, responsibility, and decision-making in a steadier, more sustainable way. Her work sits at the intersection of mindset, leadership, workplace culture, wellbeing, and resilience, with a strong focus on regional and small business environments where people often carry multiple roles, high responsibility, and limited space to pause.

Her broader work also includes delivering small-group transformational travel experiences, where people step out of their normal environment, slow down, and do the kind of mindset and growth work that’s harder to access in day-to-day life.

The work is personal. She creates space for people to see clearly how they are thinking, where they may be getting in their own way, and how to respond differently under pressure, strengthening self-trust and steadiness in both work and life.
