On Wednesday or Thursday (10.00 am to 11.00 am) from 27 March 2024 onwards join Pilates facilitator Sue at the Minor Works Building Community Centre for a slower paced class suitable for all abilities.

The session includes a short relaxation and meditation component.

At each session please:

Bring mat
Bring drink bottle
Wear comfortable clothing
Practice safe distancing
Importantly Have Fun!
$10 Adult / $5 Concession bookings need to be made for every session.

Bookings are essential as places are limited each week.

Please note as the lift upgrade work continues, there is no lift access to the Loft upstairs space so participants will need to be able to use the stairs. We hope that the lift work will be completed and available for use by April 2024.

Please note that we are not taking on new Pilates participants as the classes are at capacity. Please only book if you have already completed the registration paperwork.
