Our unique formula:

The Yoga Shed is a studio unlike any other and we provide more than a yoga class. We provide a unique yoga EXPERIENCE. We provide ALL props including mats, blankets, cushions, eye pillows, blocks, straps, mattresses, meditation stools and MORE. We also provide a retreat style location. Our studio is nestled amongst permaculture & native gardens with mountain views. And last but not least - we provide EXPERIENCED, QUALITY teaching that takes you to an understanding of yoga that is way beyond asana. We also take an interest in you and YOUR yoga journey. We take the time to get to know our students and support them on their evolutionary journey through yoga. Our students value setting, quality teaching, and have a pro-active approach to self- development.
