Restorative yoga is a slower + more restful approach to yoga that is designed to melt away muscle tightness, create space in the body and alleviate stress and tension.

It is a beautiful way to achieve deep mental + physical relaxation.

Small classes held downstairs at the lovely Kenilworth Hall

Chai hot chocolate and cake is included in the offering

All mats bolsters + props are supplied (you are welcome to bring your own)

Please bring a water bottle + a favourite blanket + socks
