Join me for a transformative and soothing experience that combines somatic movement, breathwork, and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

We will begin with a gentle somatic movement to help you become more aware of physical sensations, shake off anything the body needs to move and ground us into the space. Following the movement, you will move into a breathwork practise designed to calm the mind, reduce stress and give you future tools to calm your Nervous system and self regulate. The session will finish with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, a meditative state of conscious relaxation that rejuvenates the body and mind.
